Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Support training, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (preferred in construction/industrial sectors, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in India.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
